Zeald will be on break for the Christmas Holidays. Our last day is Thursday the 22nd of December, and we will return on Monday the 16th of January, 2023.

While most of the team will switch off, key staff members will still be available to assist with any urgent support requests over the holiday period.

Our Support team will be available on the following non-statutory holiday dates and times by phone and email.

• Friday 6th of January 2023 – 11AM to 5PM
• 9th of January to 13th of January – 11AM to 7:30PM
• All other dates over this holiday / closedown period will be covered according to the emergency User-Pays After-Hours Support Process, as outlined below.

Our normal website build and other services will recommence when we return on the 16th of January, 2023.

To ensure a smooth holiday period and reduce the chance of issues, we avoid releasing major changes, such as:

• new websites or redesigns
• major change requests
• new campaigns in the week leading up to Christmas.  

If you do have a need to launch something during this time period please let us know well in advance so that we can book the necessary work.

The last day for launching websites is the 15th of December, to allow time to complete post-launch checklists and QA to ensure everything is working before the Christmas holiday period.
