Remote support – Screen share

It is a quick and simple process, that allows Zeald support to connect to your computer to identify and solve problems. You just need to download a small file which runs immediately without installation, and does not require administrative rights.
During the session your support representative  will be able to see your screen and control your mouse temporarily.  Once the session is over the connection we will no longer have access to your computer.

  1. Please download Download TeamViewer QuickSupport and save the application to your desktop so that it easy to find
  2. double click the TeamViewerQS_en.exe file to run the program
  3. The teamviewer application will open
  4. Please tell Zeald support your ID number and the Password
  5. Wait until your Zeald support rep connects with your desktop
